A traveller's version: what we pack, what we leave at home and how to ask for it back. Last reviewed 28 October 2026.

What we hold about you

When you read the pages on this site, our server logs your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs help with security and troubleshooting.

When you create an account we keep your email address and the details you give for invoices. When you place an order we keep the target URLs, keywords and any instructions or articles you provide, plus the order's status. Short reason: delivery. We use it to deliver what you bought and to show it in your ordered links.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your orders to advertise to other customers.

We do not read your finished articles for any purpose beyond placing them, checking they are not abusive and answering support questions you send us.

Orders placed through the API or an AI agent

Same rules apply. If you connect a tool through the API or let an AI agent browse donors, that tool sees what your key allows. Treat the key like a password, rotate it if you suspect a leak and never paste it into a public workflow. Paying a basket remains a separate step that a human approves.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small number of analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser. Some account features may stop working if you do. Your choice.

Your rights and how long we keep things

You may ask about your data, a correction or deletion by logging in and using the contact options on the account page. Requests go through the account.

Invoices may have to stay on file for accounting reasons, and server logs exist only for security and troubleshooting. Where you live there may be a local authority you can also ask about data. Nothing lingers.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. Questions go through the account page.
